Mama. Meditator. Yogini. Meryl Arnett, E-RYT 500, has been teaching in Atlanta since 2010. Her yoga studies have been focused through the Pranakriya lineage and the teachings of Yoganand Michael Carroll. In meditation, she is honored to study with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. Meryl's passion is introducing mindfulness in both movement and stillness in ways that are accessible to all of us. Off the mat, she loves to spend time in the mountains with her family camping, hiking and marshmallow roasting.
