Alexa Idama grew up in Cameroon, Germany and England, moved to Suwannee/Georgia 5years ago. What I do at exhale: Core Fusion and Yoga Teacher My background: I started teaching Group Fitness classes in college over 10 years ago and have not stopped since. In my other life I was once an Equities Analyst for Bloomberg and later an Advertising executive for a major English TV channel. My corporate life came to an end once I became a mother. I now spend my days running after two little boys and thinking up new routines for the classes I am going to teach. My certification: Core Fusion Teacher Training, 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, AFAA Group Fitness, NASM Personal Training Favorite neighborhood spot: Rumi's kitchen and anywhere that serves good Asian noodle soup. When I’m not at exhale: I am Dancing to Afrobeats, doing Yoga, planning my next class, driving my kids to their activities, buying/restoring antique furniture and working on decorating my house, dreaming of the day I will get to sleep in again. Fun Fact about myself: I have a serious dark chocolate and coconut chip addiction, I make my own Kombucha, and I have never been to Wendy's and did not know what Sonic was until 2014. At my core, I am: Very loud, caring and passionate about helping others on their health and fitness journey as I progress along mine.
