Limited Capacity filling up

Experience the peace, serenity, and challenge of floating yoga asana. Practicing yoga on a SUP helps improve balance, build core strength, and connect with the beauty of our natural surroundings. Each 60 minute class begins with a short paddle, a full meditative vinyasa yoga class, and ends in a peaceful savasana float back to the dock.  Please bring water, wear sunscreen, sunglasses (with croakies or other safety band), comfortable clothing for yoga on a paddleboard, water shoes are optional. Bring a towel and be prepared to get wet, laugh a lot, and have fun! All Levels are welcome. Must know how to swim. PFDs, paddles, leashes, and SUP boards are provided.
