Leigh will speak about creating a morning routine to support a happy balanced life.  Just 5 minutes of gratitude journaling and 5 minutes of mediation can change the flow of your day.  She'll touch on how to set intentions the right way for powerful outcomes and teach simple meditations to use as a daily practice.  There are plenty scientific studies to prove the many benefits of meditation and gratitude, do miss the opportunity to start your own practice!  Leigh will also share her favorite food tips that are super easy to add into your daily routine.
