This bootcamp class is going to be ALL about bodyweight centered movements using your body as the resistance. Bring a mat as we will use it for push-ups, sit ups and much more.  Paige will provide options for more explosive cardio movements and modifications to reach every fitness level.  You will start with a 6-7 minute warm-up and then move from lower body to upper body then to total body movements.
