Join Maria for a special Yoga class designed to take you on a journey through the seven major energy centers. The class will incorporate elements of asana, pranayama, mudra & mantra with the intent to balance and align our energetic body. We will finish class with a short meditation.
Maria Cadena is a 200 hour E-RYT and is currently working towards her 500 hour certification. She is also a Certfified Pranic Healer who studied under the direct supervision of Master Hector Ramos and Deborah Quibell.
